《人偶新娘》讲述了民国年间一段发生在云雾镇上的惊悚故事。富家少爷田禾（刘成瑞饰）在新婚之夜遭遇“鬼偶”离奇身亡，他的生前挚交富生（陈信喆 饰）与新婚妻子思寒（恩璟 饰）为查清其真正的死因联手调查，却接连遭遇极其诡异的怪事，险象环生。在富生的师父、通晓阴阳道的“纸人张”（何中华 饰）的帮助下，他们终于查到了一个尘封多年的名字——“素练”（尚娜 饰）。这个因美貌而名动一时的女人背后，那些隐藏许久的晦暗秘密逐渐被重新翻找出来……被团团疑云环绕的云雾镇，会迎来最终拨云见日的一天吗。
